First Day of School

First day of school today. Micah started French Immersion grade 1 and Jared started Junior Kindergarten. While we were getting ready Micah asked "When is the last day of school?" Not the thought or question I was hoping for on the first day :-) Jared was very brave and there were no tears. After school they were both happy with their day and were excited to tell us about their new adventures.

Things we did this summer:

 Soccer every Monday night

 Fun with our cousins at the aquarium.  

Playtime with neighbours. 

HomeDepot kids workshop. 

 Picnics 

Hours of playing chess. 

 Going to a BlueJays game.

 Lots of playtime with grandma and grandpa (Grandma visited twice this summer :-).

 Trips to the zoo with friends.

 Lots of beach time.

 Camping

 Arts and crafts.

 A trip to the ROM with friends.
